Victorian thick gold heart pendant - not a locket, but puffed and dense. Decorated to one side with granulation and an old cut diamond, ruby and sapphire. The other side is plain and smooth with a set of hallmarks to the bottom. It has a nice weight and gorgeous patina, and perfect size.
